New generation cnc wire cutting EDM with all parts meeting CE regulation

Features:

6. The average speed of triple cutting is about 80mm2/min(one time cut, another two time cuts for modification raising accuracy and reducing surface roughness of workpiece, surface roughness ≤1.5uM).
7. The system adopts the cartography programing software, auto CAD graphic in DXF format is compatible simultaneously.
8. The overall electricity contoller is a vertical contol box integrating in function of programming control, high frequency power electric parts, . The computer is the profesional computer for industrial use with 15'' liquid crystal screen enabled the machine to e easy for operation.
9. This machine applies Non-touch point induction type direction switch. The wire running speed can be adjusted through frequency conversion.
10. The machine is suitable for processing mold and the components high in precision.
